【Pricing】

  • The price list are the base price,welcome to discuss with me fpricing detail.

  • Prices fluctuate depending on art style /design complexity.

  • Transaction fees are NOT included .

  • Feel free to ask me for any special request

【Payment】

  • Preferred method of payment:PAYPAL(USD) invoices or ALIPAY(RMB)

  • Payment:Full payment up-front/ Partial payment(Deposite50%-Completed50%)/Platform payment

【Refund】

  • NO REFUND after the payment has been processed successfully.

  • Once payment is received (in either half or full) and if the project is cancelled by the client, no refund will be offered and the client won't be allowed to use any materials forwarded back and forth during the project making. I keep the rights to all the materials.

【Request】

  • By sending in a commission request you agree to Terms of Service

  • Make sure that you check artist schedule before request

【I refuse comm if:】

  • Timing and Pricing is not suitable

  • You're not clear/sure about what you want

  • You don't respond within 72 hours

  • Your commission isn't in my majors

  • Your commission isn't in my Art style

【 processe】

  1. Submit your request form.

  2. I will reply within 3 days (STATUS OPEN)

  3. I'll send you a proposal with exact Pricing and Timing when I accept your commission. Then we can discuss the details.

  4. After receiving the deposit, I will add your name to my schedule

  5. Before sketching.I will contact you to see if there are any changes.

  6. Drawing progress can be checked on Schedule.Feedback will be sent to the client's email.

  7. When the commission is done and I receive the rest of the fee. I'll send you PSD file.

  • Ref can be any format (gif, photo, video links)

  • It should show the details of your design(such as jewelry/pattern/texture/accessory/metal etc)

  • If you don't provide any details, I'll take it as a free hand to decide. Please double-check your Ref material.

  • Ref must be specific, I will give you the pricing and start my work based on that.

【COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY】

  • I, Cocacc, besides the client, also retain all rights of the artworks which are drawn by me(including personal promotion such as portfolio ) unless asked by the client. (note this will double the price)

  • I keep the rights of all the materials forwarded back and forth during the project's making.

  • Artist credit is optional(for commercial use)

  • Don't claim the artwork is your own.

  • Not Must,But sugguest to Credit Artist（©可口可可Cocacc）

  • Don't use my work in AI or any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.

【价格】

  • 最终价格以报价为准

  • 价格会随着角色的复杂程度以及画风要求浮动

  • 价格表并不包含手续费

【支付】

  • 付款方式是米画师站内支付/支付宝/paypal

  • 支付方式可以是 全额预付、部分预付（Deposit定金20%;colour sketch草图40%;Detail细化80%;Seperate layer拆分100%），按照米画师平台要求支付

【退款】

  • 作品完成后，恕不退款。

  • 收到付款（半额或全额）后，如果客户原因取消项目，将不提供退款。并且客户不得使用项目制作过程中来回转发的任何材料。

【约稿流程】（国内依照约米画师流程）

  1. 阅读并同意约稿须知。

  2. 填写约稿表格

  3. 表格提交后您将在 3天内收到我的反馈（当约稿开放时）

  4. 如果我接受您的邀约，将会提出报价以及档期。我们就此可以讨论细节。

  5. 收到定金后，我会将您的名字加入档期。

  6. 在画草图之前，我会联系你看看需求上是否有变化，与邀约时相差太多的要求可能会遭拒绝。

  7. 我会把制作进度发布在 日程 上，您会通过Emai收取过程文件。

  8. 当约稿完成并收到剩余费用后，我将向您发送 PSD 文件。

【约稿协议】

  • 您同意绘图会因为画师的观点、技巧、风格与角色设计图略有不同。

  • 您同意画图时如果你让我自由决定的话，进度完成后不能要求画师作出大范围改动。

【以下情况，我有权拒绝您的约稿：】

  • 时间安排和定价不适合

  • 你不清楚/不确定你想要什么

  • 在 72 小时内未回复

  • 你的要求不属于我的专业范围内

  • 你的要求与画师的画风不符

【准备参考材料】

  • 请准备以下2个文件,并以您的角色ID命名

【版权/作品使用条款】

  • 除客户外，可口可可Cocacc 保留绘制的艺术品的所有权利（包括作品集等个人推广），除非客户要求买断。（注意：这将收取双倍费用）

  • 我保留项目制作过程中来回转发的所有材料的权利。

  • 您不能声称该艺术品是你自己的作品。

  • 发布作品时不强制，但建议署名画师（©可口可可Cocacc）

  3. Separate Layer-No Revision.

  4. After payment-Rigging Artist may request me to adjust the layer for rigging purposes.

REVISION:You have 3 revision in each phase for free. Additional revision will be charged based on complexity.
TURN AROUND TIME:Colour Sketch 0-1 week; illustration complete and separate layers 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.
